The Fund aims to provide investors with regular income through quarterly distributions.

The Fund seeks to achieve this objective by investing in Loans that the Investment Manager has selected, following extensive due diligence and which are secured over suitable assets of the Borrower.

The Fund expects to invest in Loans through a number of Sub Trusts, each of which will make one or more direct Loans to Borrowers. The Fund is expected to hold all of the units in each Sub Trust. To the extent that this IM refers to the Fund making Loans to Borrowers, it should be taken to mean that such Loans are
made indirectly by the Fund through Sub Trusts.

The Fund expects to fund the following types of Private Credit loans:

  • First-Mortgage Fixed Assets-Backed: up to 70% of fund size.
  • Receivables-Backed: at least 30 % of fund size.
  • General Commercial (Target Allocation: 20-30%)
    • Sample underlying assets include: shopping centres, fast-food outlets, fuel stations, health and
