• Reduced Execution Risk: Sapien provides investors a streamlined approach to acquire unencumbered stock in Kraken that may otherwise be difficult to purchase in larger quantities, with minimal, if any, execution risk from ROFR (Right-of First-Refusal) requirements, management objection, and other restrictions.
