About the Investment Manager
Sapien Group USA LLC is the majority-owned USA-focused investment management and asset management arm of Sapien Group Ltd, itself a prominent pan-APAC fintech-focused venture capital, private equity and multi-strategy funds management and asset management conglomerate. With offices across Silicon Valley, Delaware, Sydney, Melbourne, Singapore, Jakarta, Hangzhou, Hanoi and Bangkok, Sapien has established itself as a leading regional investment firm with a deep specialization in fintech, blockchain and online marketplaces. Sapien Asset Management Pty Ltd (ACN: 639585274) is the wholly-owned asset-management subsidiary of Sapien Group Ltd.
Our portfolio includes mature stakes in private companies and Sapien-managed VC/PE funds, targeting assets often acquired below last funding rounds or net asset values. This secondary-market focus allows us to capture attractive discounted entry points and generate upside from liquidity gaps.
We provide built-in diversification across technology, education, fintech, digital assets, and real estate, reducing single-asset exposure. Flagship holdings include Studyfin, Inndeavor, Hash Financial Group, Linqto, Ripple, and other high-growth Sapien vehicles.
With a proven network for sourcing off-market deals, disciplined exit strategies, and strong governance under Australian Financial Services laws, Sapien offers investors a regulated, actively managed framework. Additionally, relationships with private equity secondary trading platforms provide optional liquidity ahead of potential IPOs.
