Beneficial ownership
Choose beneficial ownership if the investment will be owned directly by the individual or company, i.e. not in a trust or SMSF.
Non-beneficial ownership
Choose non-beneficial ownership if the individual or company will hold the investment in trust for a beneficiary, e.g. family trust or SMSF
